To connect with Ravio you must be an “Admin” in Lattice. To check that you are an Admin make sure you have the below “Switch to admin” option in your Lattice instance.
If you do not have this option, please hand this over to someone in your organisation that does.
The Lattice scopes that the Ravio connector uses when reading your data are below.

Open the connection flow and click on the "Sign in with Lattice" Button
Enter the part of the URL that comes before .latticehq.com. For example, if your company’s Lattice URL is company.latticehq.com, enter company. Click "Continue" then “Authorise” and the integration is completed.
