Compete’s Data in Ravio

Ravio has acquired Compete’s benchmarking data (totalling 25-30k datapoints, across 300 roles), and added it to the Ravio platform. From your Ravio account you can toggle between Ravio’s benchmarks and Compete’s benchmarks, ensuring you benefit from access to both:

• Ravio’s global benchmarking dataset
• The original Compete benchmarks you’re used to

Within your account you’ll be able to toggle between Ravio and Compete in both the “Explore the Market > Base Salary” and “Analyse your Company > Compensation” sections of the platform. There’s a video overview of how to access both sets of benchmarks here:

Ravio has a library of 100+ live roles in the benchmarking database, and we’re constantly reviewing that to add new or expanded roles where possible. Every new customer has their data individually mapped by our specialist team in-house, to ensure the best possible matching.
